What is CommentCare?

CommentCare keeps your comments on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X clean, automatically. Its AI checks every new comment and reply and hides spam, scams, bots and impersonators by itself, without you lifting a finger. If you ever want to look, every decision is there with its reason. It is built for creators, with a focus on crypto and finance communities.

Which platforms are included?

TikTok is part of every plan. YouTube is part of VIP, and adding a channel takes about a minute. X is part of VIP too: replies to your posts are checked every 5 minutes, up to 10,000 per billing period. On X, CommentCare hides replies that only repeat your post back to you, and clear scams. Instagram is part of Pro and VIP: new comments on your posts and reels are checked like TikTok comments. Starter and Pro connect up to 3 accounts per platform, VIP up to 5.

What does CommentCare hide?

Spam, scams, bots and accounts posing as you, plus the extra categories and rules you choose. It reads context, so a coin name, a joke or a critical opinion alone is not hidden. AI can make mistakes, which is why every decision shows in your dashboard with its reason.

How often are comments checked?

TikTok and Instagram comments are checked every 15 minutes, and every 5 minutes on VIP. YouTube channels are checked a few times a day. Replies on X are checked every 5 minutes.

How does the comment budget work?

Starter includes 30,000 checked comments per billing period, Pro 80,000 and VIP 200,000, shared by all your accounts and platforms. The budget resets when your plan renews. If it runs out, new comments wait until then or until you upgrade. Reviewing and restoring never count.

What does VIP add?

YouTube, X, TikTok checks every 5 minutes, and a person: someone from our team double-checks your comments every day, 7 days a week, and corrects anything that doesn’t fit. You can also reach our team directly. The AI still moderates everything automatically; the human check is daily, not live moderation around the clock.

Who can see my data?

CommentCare processes authorized account data to run the service. OpenAI’s API receives comment text and video captions for classification, but never your private information. Our privacy notice explains the providers, retention and your choices.
