CommentCare is independent creator software built in Vienna, Austria. Our focus is practical tools for creators: clear interfaces, understandable automation and tools that leave account owners in control.
CommentCare helps creators manage spam and scams in their own TikTok comment sections. The current moderation policy is focused on crypto and finance communities, where promotional bot comments and promises of guaranteed returns can crowd out genuine discussion.
One product. One clear purpose
CommentCare brings comment discovery, AI-assisted classification and moderation history into one dashboard. It is designed to scan on a 15-minute schedule, hide high-confidence spam and let the creator review what happened.
The product does not provide investment advice, guarantee scam detection or decide which financial opinions are correct. Genuine disagreement, questions and ordinary crypto discussion should remain visible.
What guides the work
- Permission first: access only accounts whose owners have authorized the application.
- Context over keywords: a coin, exchange or messaging-app name alone is not grounds for hiding a comment.
- Explain the outcome: make moderation activity visible and offer restore requests.
- Be clear about limits: AI makes mistakes; API availability and TikTok’s decisions affect what the product can do.
- Collect for a purpose: process account and comment data to provide the requested service, not to build influencer rankings or sell audience data.
Where we are today
CommentCare offers authorized TikTok connections and an initial comment analysis. Protection requires an active subscription, purchased through Whop or, for earlier subscriptions, through Stripe.
CommentCare is independent from TikTok and is not endorsed by it. Access and moderation depend on TikTok’s API availability and the account owner’s authorization.
